City's Brownfields Program website launched...

The City launched it’s Brownfields
Program website today. The website can be found here. The website contains information about the
City’s Brownfields Program and will provide specific information
about the sites being assessed.
The information will be updated frequently to keep the community informed of upcoming meetings and the program’s progress. The site also contains links to the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) and SC Department of Health and Environmental Control’s (DHEC) Brownfields websites. Links are also provided for the City of Spartanburg’s website, the Downtown Master Plan, and the City’s Brownfields Consultant, GEL Engineering, LLC.
Key Brownfields Program personnel are listed in the Contacts section with their contact information. A Comments section has been included so that community members can provide feedback and even suggest potential sites for assessment.
